It was 3 years ago that I found a copy of "Lo Fidelity, Hi Anxiety" in the 2-for-a-dollar bin of a Phoenix AZ. record store. I don't know why I bought it, perhaps it was the crayoned cover art, the really amusing song titles or just fate. I'll never know.
What I do know is that I loved the tape! I loved it's low fidelity 1 track sound. The lyrics are fun, the music charged. I made all my friends listen to it , and they loved it too.
I first put up this page last year as a simple unofficial tribute to
Weird Paul's unique musical stylings. At the time I knew almost nothing
at all about Paul And I found very little information on the web. So I put
up a simple page and it pretty much sat on the web without changing for
a year.
Untill now. A few weeks ago I recieved email from Paul himself! He had found this page and asked if I would be interested in doing the official site! Of course I said yes!
Paul has sent me lots of new material for the site. Over the next few weeks I will be adding a photo gallery, the Weird Paul story, a complete discography, an online catalog and much more!
